Privacy

The Yard Index is a static site. It sets no advertising cookies, runs no analytics that identify you, and collects nothing at all unless you fill in one of our two forms.

What the forms collect

The claim form on a score page collects your name, your role at the business, your email address, an optional mobile number, and the business, city and rank the page was generated for. We use it to confirm that you represent the business, to add the Verified mark, and to reply to you. The request form on the about page collects a business name, a city, your name and your email, and is used to send you the link to that business’s score page.

Both forms are submitted to a function on this site, which emails the contents to noah@damicodigital.com. We keep the email and the record of your claim for as long as we publish the list the claim refers to. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone outside the two processors below.

Processors

• Cloudflare serves these pages and runs the form endpoint. Cloudflare logs the usual request data, including IP address, for security and abuse prevention.
• Resend delivers the notification email that carries your form submission to us.

Our form endpoint logs the outcome of a submission and a reason code when one is rejected. It does not log names, email addresses, phone numbers or message contents.

Business information on the lists

The rankings themselves are built from public Google Business Profile data about businesses, not about individuals: business name, category, address or service area, business phone, website, rating, review counts, review dates, owner reply flags, photo counts and profile fields. We do not collect reviewer names or review text. If you are a sole trader and your business profile carries your personal name, see the disclosure for how to have the listing corrected or removed.

Cookies

We set no cookies of our own. Cloudflare may set a security cookie, and the optional anti-spam challenge on our forms uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which does not track you across sites.

Your choices

To see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email noah@damicodigital.com. To stop receiving email from us, use /unsubscribe/ or the unsubscribe link in any message; we process removals within 10 days.
